After a bad experience with some dodgy roofers, he came and rectified their messed up work on a leaking area with complex access. He and his team were always courteous, friendly and tidy, which was really important working through a neighbour's property. He then quoted for necessary repairs to a flat roof that had been neglected and needed serious attention. All the work was done really efficiently, with great communication, drone and other images shared regularly and always explaining what was being done and why. When a couple of old tiles broke and slid off the roof recently, Jake came and replaced them the next day, just ahead of the rain. Very grateful for his skill, candour, efficiency and humour - everything you want in a great tradesman.
